I Am A Doctor is a campaign that shares the real stories behind the scrubs. We’re the thousands of Resident Doctors working across Aotearoa — in hospitals, clinics, and communities — often behind the scenes, often around the clock.

We’re highly trained professionals, but we’re also parents, musicians, runners, artists and friends. This campaign exists to celebrate that full picture — the humanity, the purpose, and the everyday reality of life as a doctor.

We all took different paths to get here, but we share one thing: a deep commitment to helping others. I Am A Doctor is our chance to show you who we are — and why we do what we do.
