Leah’s interest in medicine was inspired by the reassuring experience that she had with her own GP during health struggles in her teens. Drawn to the opportunity to form long-lasting and supportive relationships with her own patients, she set her sights on General Practice.

Now a fully qualified doctor, and in her first year as a GP trainee juggling intense studies with complex full-time work, Dr. Leah Porima is relishing the opportunity to make a lasting, positive change, giving back to her community.
